You took 4.5 days (you required 7 days notice) after our completion of the contract to pick-up my boat and deliver it to my home one day later. Your driver was professional and provided detailed updates to me as he approached my location. I was also very pleased my boat was delivered in the same pristine condition as when it left Indiana.
I researched multiple shipping companies and not only did Boats Express provide the best price, you stayed in contact with me and coordinated perfectly the pick-up and delivery of my boat.

“I would like to thank you very much for the safe and efficient transport of my bosses PWC’s from Southern California to Northern Idaho. As you know, I pretty much left the logistics up to you guys as I was thousands of miles away when the planning, pickup, transport, and drop-off took place. He also was kind enough to wait for two hours for UPS to arrive with the check at the drop-off location. “I just wanted to let you know what a great job your drivers did for me on my ‘simple’ boat haul. As you know, the brand new trailer had not been assembled correctly, and after 100 miles of the 300 mile trip, one axel had moved far enough to cause a tire to rub on a fender bolt. To make a long story short, Jay and his co-driver worked for 4 hours fixing the problem to the point that they could safely drive it the final 200 miles, which they did. Many thanks to Jay and his co-driver for their efforts, as we are now enjoying the boat.”

John, your driver, was very professional, and the boat came down here without any damage whatsoever. BoatsExpress was also the lowest price hauler, but even all that is not what makes you special. When I got dumped for no reason my another boat hauler on the day of travel because he re-routed a driver to an easier pick up the next day that did require a permit load, over height and a low rig, and all that, I thought I was sunk. But then you came up with another driver and were only one day off from the original haul date, I could not believe it! Today the boat is in our own slip at the Marriott marina here on Hutchinson Island, and we could not be happier you and Boats Express.”
